Leading Essex law firm, Ellisons Solicitors, is pleased to sponsor Colchester Hockey Club, the premier field hockey club in north Essex.

Two of Ellisons’ partners, Tim Logan and Kevin Wilsher, were at the Club on the 19th November to see the sponsored teams in action.  The ladies team played Ipswich and the men played Crostyx.

Tim Logan explains why the firm is happy to support Colchester Hockey Club:

“The Club boasts “more than 100 years of hockey in North Essex”.  Our firm is coming up to almost 250 years in Colchester.  Both our organisations are long established in the community and supporting these clubs which play such a part in local people’s lives is quite simply important to us.”

Kevin Wilsher continues: “It is also true to say that Tim and I can claim a little more than a community attachment to the club.  We have both played hockey for Colchester and are happy to continue to more actively support the teams than just cheering from the side-lines.”
