An Alternative to Court?

The use of Arbitration to resolve family disputes is gradually gaining momentum as a  potentially more efficient means of settling family matters outside of court. Whether the dispute is over the financial aspects of a divorce or considerations as to the welfare of children, instructing an arbitrator to assist with reaching a fair outcome may be quicker and more cost-effective than settling the matter using the traditional court process.
