Ellisons Solicitors is once again delighted to have been recommended within the Legal 500 directory.

The recommendations reflect the hard work from Ellisons’ team of excellent lawyers, who continue to be recognised for their expertise, their ability to put the needs of their clients first and gain long lasting relationships.

In total 8 practice areas were recommended in this year’s edition.

Most notably, the two Partners recruited to lead the newly opened Ipswich Office (Julian Outen and Robert Gair) were once again both cited as ‘Leading Individuals’ within Legal 500 – a great achievement for them and for Ellisons.

Other lawyers noted included, Guy Longhurst, Kevin Wilsher and Philip Roberts (Commercial Property); as well as Graeme Wallington and Lee Pearce (Dispute Resolution).

Robert Gair, Head of Personal Injury at the firm, is ‘one of the most impressive PI solicitors; he is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and fights fearlessly for his clients’. The PI department were ranked in Tier 2, for the region.

Ellisons’ ‘very professional’ Employment team (ranked Tier 2) provides ‘a high level of expertise’, with team head Julian Outen noted for his ‘exemplary knowledge, customer service and communication with clients’.

Within the East Anglian edition, the Wills, Trusts and Probate Ipswich team were also mentioned with regards to their high value trust matters.

Guy Longhurst is noted for his work with developers, in particular a national homebuilder, constructing more than 300 houses. Philip Roberts and Kevin Wilsher are also recommended.

The Commercial Litigation department is described as ‘well-established and respected’, with Lee Pearce and Graeme Wallington both recommended.
