Career

Charles qualified in 1975. He was managing partner in the firm of Marshall Legal LLP which merged with Ellisons in October 2009.

Outside the Office

Charles is a keen sportsman, having been National and European Champion in several classes of yachts and having won his "Blue" representing Cambridge University at badminton. He still plays squash enthusiastically and golf badly.
