Career

Keith is Head of the Residential Property Department.  He has practiced in Colchester for some 35 years since graduating from Sheffield University and qualifying as a Solicitor in 1978.  Keith joined Ellisons in October 2009 as a result of the merger with Marshall Legal LLP.

Areas of Specialism

• All types of property transactions with emphasis on sale and purchase of residential properties both freehold and leasehold.
• Drafting and advising on tenancy agreements and leases, sales and purchases of agricultural land and commercial property.
• Transfer of Equity transactions particularly after breakdown of marriage, mortgages, re-mortgages and property related trust arrangements.

Outside the Office

When there are no work or family commitments Keith has a keen interest in a wide range of sports and also enjoys music and travel.
