Career

Kevin qualified in 1979 and joined Ellisons in 1994 as a Partner.  He is now one of our Managing Partners and the Head of our Commercial Property Department.  Kevin has gained a wealth of experience over more than 30 years dealing with a full range of Commercial Property work for Clients in both the public and private sectors.

• Acquisition of sites for Residential Development for Developer Clients.
• Disposal of potential Development Sites for Institutional Clients and other Land Owners.
• Contracts conditional on Planning Permission.
• Acquisition and disposal of all types of Commercial Property.

Outside the Office

Kevin enjoys Hockey and Tennis and is a Member of Colchester Hockey Club, Colchester Garrison Officer's Club and Holmwood House Tennis and Squash Club.
