Client Feedback

"I have worked with Paul on a number of corporate transaction and commercial agreement reviews. The timely and pragmatic advice Paul provides allows for the process to be as efficient as the other party allows.  What I value most is the ability to talk through issues and get simple interpretations of any complex legalities."

Doug, East of England Co-op

"Paul provided us with all the initial professional advice and a presented us with a detailed and precise schedule to complete our requirements. He then expertly led us through the lengthy and complicated legal process with the highest level of expertise, knowledge and attention to detail. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to sell all or part of their business without hesitation."
