Career

Robert has been with the firm for over 30 years acting for major composite insurers, Lloyds syndicates, large self insured enterprises, loss adjusters and other insurance intermediaries. He has extensive experience of dealing with catastrophic injury claims including periodical payments cases, with private car, bus and coach, fleet, public liability, employer’s liability cases including quadriplegic, paraplegic, brain injury and total blindness injury work. In recent years Robert has led settlement of passenger claims in several high profile motorway coach crashes for major coach operators. He is recognised for his pragmatism and instinct.
