About the role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Compliance and Onboarding Analyst to join our Compliance Team, based in our Colchester or Ipswich office. Ideally you will have either a legal or financial regulatory background in the AML compliance function.  This is an exciting time to join our team as this role will play a key part in our move to centralise our onboarding process for new and existing clients. You will support the smooth running of the compliance and risk management function, assisting in identifying and verifying clients for AML purposes.  Experience of dealing with clients by phone and in person is essential as you will need to guide them through the onboarding process. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and flexible, with a drive to provide an excellent standard of service in a timely manner to meet SLAs.
