Duties will include:

To support the Marketing and Business Development team in creation of print and digital ready artwork and undertake the day-to-day marketing, events and business development activities.

We are looking for an individual who is creative, versatile, pro-active in thinking and willing to learn to develop their skills for a long-term career. The successful candidate must have at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role, be highly creative, tenacious and have a sharp eye for detail.

Key tasks – this will include but will not be limited to the main responsibilities given below:

  • Effectively plan and produce marketing material
  • Produce artwork for printed literature including brochures and adverts
  • Design and create posts for all social media platforms and other digital platforms including events and email marketing
  • Creation and posting of content across all Social Media platform
  • Use marketing strategy and initiative to influence social media post
  • Website content management
  • Assist the department in administration requirements and ensure efficient running
  • Event coordination for events and liaison with the Firm’s clients and internal teams
  • Maintaining and managing the database of clients and contacts
  • Producing outgoing communications and campaigns via Mailchimp

Key Competencies & Attributes:

  • Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is essential
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent creative standards
  • Ability to multi tasks and prioritise workloads whilst working in a varied role
  • A positive can-do attitude
  • Solid communication skills and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Google analytics would be an advantage
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic self-starter, able to operate independently and within a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a professional and courteous manner
  • Good I.T. skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
