We’re looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised Warehouse and Records Operative to join Team Ellisons, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include preparation of files for off-site archiving, recording information on relevant computer systems and retrieving and assessing files for confidential waste destruction. General administrative duties as required, along with proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Document management is desirable. There will be some manual handling involved to move archived files, boxes and crates. There will also be a requirement to manage the distribution of files between local sites which will involve liaising with other teams and staff across the company. Excellent communication skills are a must for this role.
The ideal candidate will also possess a methodical approach to work with good attention to detail, high concentration levels and be computer literate. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines, and the ability to work independently, as well as a part of a small Team within a larger Department, is a must.
