Leading law firm, Ellisons Solicitors, has welcomed a plethora of new team members as it continues to grow its central Bury St Edmunds office.

Sam Cook is the latest team member to join Ellisons Solicitors at its new office in the town centre, taking on the role of Partner in Dispute Resolution. Sam has a wealth of experience from real estate and landlord and tenant disputes to construction and commercial disputes. Sam is joining the Property Litigation Team, which is now ten strong across the firm and boasts an impressive array of members with formidable breadth and depth of knowledge and experience.

Ellisons’ Bury office is currently undergoing a rapid expansion with team members at the site increasing by 28% alone in the last year.

Sam, who is a member of the Property Litigation Association and the Society of Construction Law, said: “I am delighted to be joining the team at Ellisons Solicitors and be part of such a forward-thinking firm. The property litigation team is fantastic and is strengthened further by a wide array of other specialist teams within the firm, all of which are equally impressive. Ellisons has recently moved to brand new modern premises and the team is working hard meeting demand from clients while continuing to grow in team members and expertise.”

“I’m really looking forward to working in Bury and continuing the excellence Ellisons’ clients expect from us.”

Sam is the latest in a string of new appointments at the Bury office. Kiri Nichols, Senior Associate in Wills, Trusts and Probate, and Charlene Boyaram, Senior Associate in Residential Conveyancing both joined the Bury St Edmunds team in the last six months. Tim Bacon, Partner in the Commercial Property Team, has also recently moved to the office from Ipswich.

Ellisons Solicitors moved from its previous office in Guildhall Street to larger premises at Linden Square in July, taking advantage of the brand-new modern office, which boasts more client meetings rooms and collaborative working space.
