Last week we learnt that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie reached an agreement regarding the arrangements for the children. This is always preferable to filing an application with the Court and Court should always be used as a last resort. However, both mediation and involving a Solicitor early on, can be very effective resources to trying to help reach a resolution.
