Ellisons are delighted to be acting for the East of England Co-operative in connection with a new multi-million pound retail development in Stanway, Colchester.
The major new shopping centre, located in West Colchester, is offering a great amount of retail space to traders and will no doubt add a boost to the town’s economy.
Guy Longhurst, Senior Partner at Ellisons, is acting in connection with the development. Phase 1 is currently open and trading, with phase 2 set to follow in early 2013.
