Ellisons Solicitors are pleased to have acted upon behalf of a client in the acquisition of an investment property on a new development in a prime location, subject to a lease to a major UK restaurant chain.

The property was purchased online using the Singer Vielle Property Agency’s website using their “click to purchase” service, where contracts are exchanged electronically upon the click of a button.

Having received instructions at 5pm on the Friday, contracts exchanged the following Monday, with the sale conditional upon the completion of the construction of the unit and lease to the UK restaurant chain.

The transaction was led by Commercial Property partner, Philip Roberts, who was assisted by trainee solicitor, Stewart Nicholson.

The client’s agent was Tom Noble of Nicholas Percival.
