A substantial 35,000 sq. ft. high bay freehold warehouse located on a 2.8 acre site in the centre of Severalls Industrial Park has been sold to a private investor advised by Ellisons. Ellisons advised on the freehold acquisition and grant of a lease to ThinkBDW of part of the property which completed at the same time as the freehold acquisition.
ThinkBDW, the UK’s leading property marketing agency, will be the tenant of part of the property under a lease and will be using the site as its new UK headquarters.
