Ellisons Solicitors have advised the Landlord, E Hobbs Farms, on the legalities in the letting of a 50,000 square foot industrial warehouse and building, (6&7 Halifax Way) on the Earls Colne Business Park, Essex. The new occupier of the building is the world famous preserve producer Wilkin & Sons Ltd, who will use the space in addition to their existing premises in Tiptree. The 3.25 acre site will initially be used as a logistics building for the new occupier.
