Kevin Wilsher, Managing Partner at Ellisons Solicitors, has advised Paul and Sandra Stanford in their twenty year lease to the property owning company of Domino’s Pizza, D P Reality.
Paul and Sandra employed builders to construct the new building and then Domino’s employed shop fitters to fit out the ground floor. The lease was completed on Friday 22nd February and Domino’s opened for business on Monday 25th February.
