Ellisons is pleased to announce that we have been appointed to the Greenfields Community Housing Legal Services Framework.
The appointment follows a competitive tender process organised by Greenfields Community Housing based in Braintree.
Ellisons have secured a place to deliver Development, Property and Housing Management advice to the 21 local authorities and housing associations who are members of the Procurement Alliance for Essex and procure legal services using the framework.
Philip Roberts, Head of Ellisons Commercial Property Department, said: “We are delighted to have been appointed to the framework. Ellisons already works closely with local authorities and housing associations and to be able to extend our services to the members of the framework is a testament to the hard work and service provided by the Ellisons team.
