Less than a year after their previous acquisition, Ellisons’ client Gray Dawes Travel Limited (“Gray Dawes”) is once again celebrating, this time following their purchase of Amber Road Travel from Endless LLP, a private equity house.
Amber Road Travel is a corporate travel management company with offices in Leeds and Manchester and are the latest group to be acquired by Gray Dawes following eight previous acquisitions over the past five years. Once again, the team at Ellisons was led by Paul Forsyth, Corporate Partner, with assistance from Susan Ryan, Commercial Property Partner, and the Ellisons’ employment team.
