Ellisons Solicitors has expanded its Commercial Property team with the appointment of Senior Associate Solicitor, Alison Hare.
Alison Hare joins the Commercial Property team to work across development site set-up as well as landlord and tenant lease matters. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2007, Alison’s 14-year career has spanned two mid-sized law firms in Braintree and Bishop’s Stortford as well as local government in Hertford and Cambridge.

It is a difficult but also extremely busy time for the commercial property and wider rental sector as we continue to see the fallout from the Covid-19 pandemic. Alison will be based in the Colchester office working closely with the wider team across Ipswich, Chelmsford, Tendring and Bury St Edmunds.
