Ellisons Solicitors’ Commercial Property team is once again delighted to be acting for Crown House Homes venture to transform the former Equity House into Station Square, a brand new set of luxury apartments. Ellisons’ acted for Crown House Homes on the purchase of Equity House and now they are near completion of the conversion works, helping them to sell the new apartments.
