Ellisons’ Solicitors recently provided Corporate and Commercial Property advice to the selling shareholders of The Landscape Centre (the “Company”) in connection with a restructuring of its group and the subsequent sale of the Company to The Lawsons Group.
Owned by brothers Mat and Jim French and their wives, The Landscape Centre operated from its premises in Colchester and Utling, near Chelmsford. The Company has traded for in excess of 25 years selling landscaping supplies locally and nationally to both domestic and trade customers.
