Ellisons Solicitors has bolstered its Dispute Resolution team in Essex following the appointment and relocation of Associate Solicitor, Emma Jenkins,  who will be taking up permanent residence in the firm’s Chelmsford office located on New London Road.

Emma has a wealth of experience in advising clients in all aspects of commercial and residential property disputes, including disputes arising from jointly owned property, matters relating to covenants, boundaries and easements, disrepair and recovery of unpaid rent and service charge, claims to recover possession of property and property related professional negligence claims. Emma advises individual and commercial clients from a preliminary stage through to trial.

Emma is also a member of the Property Litigation Association, a professional association of property litigation specialists.

Emma commented on her move: ‘‘I am very pleased to be moving to the Chelmsford office which is going from strength to strength. Along with the Dispute Resolution team, the other departments in Chelmsford also continue to grow, so I am delighted to be joining such a strong team to provide a high quality and personal service to clients.”

The move supports the growth and expansion of the firm’s Dispute Resolution team, which consists of 16 Lawyers based across the firm’s offices in Essex and Suffolk, allowing a fully comprehensive service to new and existing clients and contacts.
