HR Wellness Webinar – Tuesday, 11th May 2021 at 8.30am
In partnership with Jon Neal from Suffolk Mind, Employment Partner Frances Barker will be hosting a free webinar to discuss stress in the workplace. Jon Neal will discuss the all important topic of stress in the workplace, what may have caused the fatigue we have all felt over the past 12 months, and some strategies for dealing with it. Using Suffolk Mind’s approach to mental wellbeing, Jon will consider how we and our colleagues have been affected by working from home, and how the approach can give us some hints and tips to make people feel more confident to return to the workplace. Frances Barker will discuss the legal and practical aspects of dealing with stress in the workplace, and how the law relates to this time of change and adjustment.
