Ellisons Solicitors’ niche Insurance Litigation team has claimed Ipswich-based CAA, claims experts and an outsource solution provider, as its newest client. The successful introduction of the two insurance claims teams was made by a mutual London-based insurance client and the close working relationship of all teams involved really does support the CAA mantra “our people are your people”.
The Ellisons’ Insurance Litigation team was developed originally to service the specific needs of one large client, but the specialist group of lawyers based in Colchester now works with a growing number of insurance claims teams. The partner leading the team, Robert Jones, has received recognition in the two recently published legal research publications. In Chambers & Partners, Robert is one of only five individuals named under the Personal Injury – Defendant category for East Anglia; in Legal 500 Robert and Ellisons entered the tables for the first time this year appearing amongst 17 other specialist firms representing the whole of the South East of England.
