Kevin Wilsher acts for major players in the delivery of affordable housing

Kevin Wilsher, Managing Partner at Ellisons Solicitors, has recently acted for Mersea Homes Limited and Hills Residential Construction Limited, in the exchanging of contracts for the sale of 72 houses, to be constructed at Brook Street, Colchester.

The sale was to Colne Housing Society Limited and its associated company Iceni Homes Limited. The scheme with Colne Housing will result in the early delivery of some much needed affordable housing in the Colchester area.

In total, Hills Residential will build 38 houses and Mersea Homes 34 houses, with the physical completion of each house taking place between December 2013 and December 2015.
