Philip Roberts, Commercial Property partner, assisted by Stewart Nicholson, solicitor recently acted for Braintree District Council in relation to a large development deal.
Philip acquired part of the freehold at The College at Braintree on behalf of Braintree District Council and granted a lease to Virgin Care Services Limited for the Church Lane Surgery.
The high-value purchase of the new, purpose-built, modern building is large enough to allow for the projected population growth of Braintree.
