We are very pleased to hear a positive outcome from you. We all thank you for taking over this matter and handled it very well to achieve the best result as quickly as possible.
Both Solicitor and Paralegal were friendly and understanding. And we were made to feel welcome. A professional service was given and prompt too!
Advice was sought by myself and family, and Ann helped us to fully understand the implications of the Asset Protection Trust. With her clear explanation of the tax benefits we would lose out on by keeping the APT we decided to end the Trust and drew up a Deed of Appointment thus terminating it. Absolutely the right thing to do in our situation, and a huge relief to me.
I found the service excellent. The Solicitor was friendly and approachable, took the time to discuss and explain. Happy with the service and communication overall.
