I must say how impressed I am at the work of Carly Callaghan. We had some abortive purchasers, and some difficult issues in our purchase, however Carly managed them most professionally, coming up with some innovative solutions. Would like to record our thanks not only for her excellent advice, but also for working in the evening and weekends in order to exchange on time. Her prompt attention saved our purchase. I have dealt with many solicitors over the years however she is without doubt one of best I have had the good fortune to instruct.

Carly has been so helpful, on the sale of our property and she is also helping with the purchase of our new property when we asked a question we didn’t understand, she was always very speedy at responding.

She even rang me towards the end of the process, while being driven back from a funeral on her day off... Always cheerful but also always realistic and giving a honest picture of where we were. Moving is always stressful, but Carly really helped to keep the stress to a minimum.

I engaged Carly to do the conveyancing of my flat in London. All has been completed and I just wanted to let you know how impressed I was of Carly and how she operated.
