    Dave has extensive experience in implementing business improvement and change; partnering with the people aspects that change brings – workflow/process optimisation and documentation, whilst supporting the delivery of training to embed new ways of working.

    Dave’s previous experience includes system implementation in NHS community pharmacies and technology organisations (Ocado).

    Outside of work Dave’s focus is family time (Wife, 2 Children and Myrtle my rescued French bulldog) which includes: cinema trips, dog walks, bike rides and homework helping. Dave is also a keen skier, qualified cricket coach and can be often found gardening.
