    Francesca joined Ellisons in March 2021 as a Senior Associate Solicitor within the Family Department.

    Francesca’s focused areas of experience are:

    • Complex Children Act 1989 proceedings including cases surrounding surrogacy, step-parent applications, grandparent applications and those involving allegations of domestic abuse.

    Career overview

    Prior to joining Ellisons, Francesca studied via the Institute of Legal Executives, qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2007. Francesca completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Anglia Ruskin University, and was admitted as a Solicitor in 2009. Francesca has practised as a Family Solicitor since 2009.

    Francesca provides legal advice on a voluntary basis to Suffolk Law Centre and Norfolk Community Law Service regularly.

    Francesca is also a member of Resolution which is a national organisation of family justice professionals committed to non-confrontational and constructive resolution of disputes.
