    Joe studied law at the University of Essex before gaining his LPC at the College of Law, London.  Joe qualified as a solicitor in 2009.

    Joe advises a wide range of clients including portfolio owners, property investment companies and individuals.  Joe is experienced in all aspects of contentious commercial and residential property issues and landlord and tenant disputes and frequently attends Court for a variety of hearings.  Joe is a member of the Property Litigation Association, a professional association of property litigation specialists.

    Joe is also a member of the Building Safety Team, which advises freeholders, block managers, leaseholders and construction professionals about building and fire safety issues including issues arising from the Grenfell Tower fire tragedy.
