Joined Ellisons
Lauren qualified as a solicitor in 2014 and joined the Commercial Property team at Ellisons in 2017. Lauren works across both our Colchester and Chelmsford offices and assists Partner, Ross Wiltshire.
Lauren was promoted to Associate in December 2022.
Areas of Specialism
- Acting for Landlords and Tenants in connection with leases, licences and variations
- Acting for both Lenders and Borrowers on secured lending matters
- Acting on the acquisition and disposal of commercial property (including transfers of part, conditional contracts and option agreements)
