Lisa joined Ellisons in 2002 and qualified in September 2004 taking up a position in the Family Department. Lisa was promoted to Partner in May 2018.
Lisa went to Brunel university and achieved her LPC with distinction in London.
Her work involves all areas of family law, including disputes in relation to children, financial relief following relationship breakdown between married and unmarried couples, divorce, cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements and separation agreements.
Lisa carried out mediation training and whilst not a practising mediator uses the same ideology where appropriate in practice.
Lisa is noted in the Legal 500 as a Next Generation lawyer.
Lisa has a young family which keeps her extremely busy. When she does have some free time she enjoys spending time with friends eating out or going to the cinema.
From start to finish I was guided and supported through the exceptional traumatic experience of a custody dispute, the support I received was critical to both my case and my wellbeing. Lisa and her team helped me understand each step and provided a huge amount of support. A great sense of humour also ensured that the sharp edges of the process were rounded off, which ultimately enabled me to continue to fight for the right outcome. I will never be able to thank Ellison’s and more specifically Lisa enough for what they achieved for my son and I through their hard work, attention to detail and patience.
