Lizzy joined Ellisons in February 2020.
Career overview
With over 15 years’ experience working at a senior leadership level, Lizzy has worked as an Executive and Non-Executive Director in both the private and public sector. For the last two years, she has been working in professional services in a senior consultancy role with a range of businesses. She has also held a Non-Executive Director position with the East of England Ambulance Service. Prior to this, she has held HR leadership roles with the Border Force, Hutchison Ports and Trinity House.
With extensive experience that spans both HR and Operational leadership, Lizzy’s passion is about making sure people are performing at their best and HR strategy has a real business-wide impact; ensuring business models, processes and systems are effective, and any barriers to success are addressed with a direct and open approach.
In May 2023, Lizzy was appointed as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
