    Molly joined Ellisons in March 2020.

    Molly has a broad range of experience in all aspects of property litigation. She regularly deals with matters relating to:-

    • Building safety issues arising from the Building Safety Act 2022.
    • Compensation and other issues arising from necessary wayleaves
    • Blight

    She has particular interest in residential landlord and tenant disputes and building safety related issues, assisting a broad range of clients in issues arising from the management of large leasehold estates.

    Career overview

    Molly studied law at the University of East Anglia, graduating in 2012, before qualifying as a property litigation solicitor. Molly has specialised in property litigation throughout her career as a solicitor, having worked prior to qualification in non-contentious property.

    Molly is a member of the Building Safety Team, which advises freeholders, block managers, leaseholders and construction professionals about building and fire safety issues including issues arising from the Grenfell Tower fire tragedy. Molly also leads our residential possession team and our service charge recovery team.

    Molly was promoted to Associate in June 2023 and is a member of the Property Litigation Association.
