Joined Ellisons
Rachael joined Ellisons in November 2015 as a Paralegal in the Commercial Property department, before commencing her Training Contract in November 2016. Rachael qualified as a solicitor in November 2018 and now assists Partner, and Head of Commercial Property, Philip Roberts.
Areas of Specialism
- Acting for Registered Social Landlords on all areas of affordable housing including shared ownership sales and resales and staircasing
- Acting for Landlords and Tenants in respect of new leases, renewal leases, assignments, licences etc
- Disposals and acquisitions of freehold and leasehold commercial properties
Career overview
Rachael completed her Law degree at Nottingham Trent University before completing the LPC at Nottingham Law School.

Outside the office
Rachael enjoys travelling and spent several months backpacking prior to joining Ellisons. Rachael also runs her local Guide unit and is the District Commissioner for her Guiding area. When not travelling or Guiding, Rachael enjoys spending time with family and friends.
