Career overview
Having qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2012, Tracy went on to study at De Montfort University in Leicester and further qualifying as a solicitor in 2019.
Having previously worked in the Dispute Resolution and Insolvency teams of a large local firm of solicitors for many years, and having headed up a litigation team, she joined Ellisons to focus on her work within the specialist Insolvency and Debt Recovery team where she assists Insolvency Practitioners, Directors and lenders.
Tracy has worked on numerous complex and high-value litigation cases, including advising on claims against directors with a value in excess of £900k.
Tracy was promoted to Partner in June 2023.
Outside the office
Tracy enjoys a challenging jigsaw puzzle, eating out and holidays. She is a trustee of Colchester Medical Charitable Trust.
