Chris joined Ellisons in 2013 and works in the Commercial Property Department. Chris was promoted to Partner in 2024.
Chris works with developers and commercial clients on a wide range of transactions. Chris graduated from the University of Essex.

- Acting for developers on site acquisitions and disposals
- Acting for developers on the sale of affordable housing units to housing associations
- Acting for Landlords in connection with mixed freehold and leasehold portfolios, for both occupation and as investment vehicles
- Acting for both landowners and developers on the grant of options

- Advising landowners and developers on various statutory agreements
- Planning and Section 106 Agreements
Outside the office
Chris is a member of the Brightlingsea Sailing Club and is also a dinghy sailing instructor. When he’s not sailing or at work, Chris enjoys spending time travelling with his family.
