Work Experience Placements

At Ellisons we are committed to supporting future generations of legal professionals.

Our work experience programmes are aimed at students in Years 10 and 11 to give you an idea of what it is like to work at a leading East Anglian Law Firm.

Overview of the programme

Our week-long programme is designed to give you an opportunity to gain practical skills through the tasks that will be set for you throughout the week while being supervised by one of our experienced colleagues.  You will also be given a chance to attend Interview Skills training and attend a mock interview where you will receive feedback to further develop your skills in this area.

We will be running two programmes; one in half term and one in term-time.  If you are interested in attending either of our work experience programmes, please discuss with your School and then apply to us direct through our online application form before the closing dates for each programme. We endeavour to inform everyone who applies if they have been successful or not within 1 week of each closing date, however, this is not always possible due to the high number of applications received. In this instance if you have not heard back within 1 week of the closing date, this will mean that regrettably, you have not been successful on this occasion.
