Joined Ellisons
Hannah joined Ellisons as a Paralegal in October 2016 before starting her training contract with the firm in September 2018. Hannah qualified as a solicitor in the Insolvency and Debt Recovery Team in September 2020. She was promoted to Associate in June 2024.

- Corporate insolvency, including Winding Up Petitions, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations, Company Administration, Antecedent Transactions.
- Personal insolvency, including Bankruptcy Petitions, Bankruptcy Annulment Applications, Antecedent Transactions.
- Debt recovery, including Statutory Demands, acting for both claimant and defendant advising on debt recovery and enforcement matters.
- Block Transfer Orders.
- Commercial disputes in an insolvency context, including contractual disputes.
- Enforcing and advising on security.
- Advising on personal guarantees.

Career overview
Hannah has a Law Degree from the University of East Anglia and completed her LPC at University of Law Bloomsbury, London. Hannah completed her training contract in September 2020 and has qualified in the Insolvency department.
Outside the office
Hannah enjoys socialising with friends and family, travelling and keeping active. Hannah also used to be a competitive gymnast and still attends weekly gymnastic training sessions.
