Joined Ellisons
Lyndsey joined Ellisons in September 2017, having completed her training contract at a well-established regional firm in East Anglia.
Areas of Specialism
- Debt recovery, acting for both claimant and defendant in advising on debt recovery and enforcement matters
- Commercial disputes including contractual breach of contract and partnership disputes
- Insolvency, both personal and corporate including contentious insolvency and investigations, insolvent deceased estates, insolvency possession and sale applications and advising and assisting on s216 matters
- Financial services litigation including advice on personal guarantees and loan agreements
Career overview
Lyndsey studied her Law degree at the University of Reading and completed her LLM-LPC at the University of Law in London, Bloomsbury.
Having previously worked in the Dispute Resolution department during her training contract, Lyndsey qualified as a solicitor and began working in the Insolvency and Debt Recovery team within the Dispute Resolution department at Ellisons. Lyndsey was promoted to Senior Associate in June 2023.
Lyndsey’s clients include insolvency practitioners, accountants, large corporate entities, private companies and individuals.
Outside the office
Lyndsey enjoys travelling to different countries whether it is a weekend away or a trip to a long haul destination. Lyndsey also enjoys going to the gym and playing sports.
