Rebecca Browne

Career overview

Rebecca started her career in the legal sector as a Junior Legal Secretary in 1993, where she soon progressed to working at Senior Partner level.

She joined Ellisons in 2010,  on a part-time basis job sharing secretarial duties for a Partner within the Commercial Property department.  In 2012 an opportunity arose to work with Guy Longhurst, who had at the time, just been appointed as Senior Partner.

Having climbed the secretarial ladder as far as possible, Rebecca wanted to progress further professionally and so, in 2015 she started the CILEx training course.  She has completed Level 3 of the qualification and is currently working through Level 6, to become a fully qualified Chartered Legal Executive.

Outside the office

Rebecca enjoys spending time with friends and family. She also loves musical theatre, dancing, going for long walks, listening to music, and reading.
