Joined Ellisons
Stewart joined Ellisons in 2011, before qualifying as a solicitor in April 2015 and joining the Commercial Property team assisting, partner, Philip Roberts. Stewart is our main point of contact for all Tendring based commercial property work.
Stewart was promoted to Senior Associate in June 2024.

Career overview
Stewart works on a wide range of commercial property transactions, with a particular focus on secured lending and acting for developers on site acquisitions and disposals.
Growing up in Colchester, 10 minutes from Ellisons’ head office, Stewart takes a keen interest in the local area and its development over recent years.
Outside the office
Stewart enjoys playing golf, dog walking, traveling and claims to be a gym “member”, although is more likely to be found in the sauna than the gym!
