Ellisons Solicitors are delighted to be acting upon behalf of their clients, Ian Monks and Andrew Perillo of Crown House Homes, in the development of Station Square (formerly Equity House) at North Station.
Equity House was the former home to Equity Insurance Group, and is known to most commuters who pass through the station on a daily basis.
Crown House Homes completed the purchase of the building in October 2016. Their intention is to build 67 one and two bedroomed apartments. Ellisons Commercial Property Partner, Philip Roberts acted for his clients on the purchase of the commercial building and will continue to act for them in conjunction with the plot sales.
