Ellisons Solicitors are pleased to have acted upon behalf of DSV Solutions Limited, in the sale of two units in Halden’s Parkway, Thrapston.
M&G Real Estate acquired the commercial property from our clients.
The units total 216,534 sq. ft. and will be let back to DSV Solutions Limited on separate full repairing and insuring leases for a term of 10 years.
