Law Society’s legal practice quality mark recognises Ellisons’ high standards of practice management and client care

Ellisons has been awarded the Law Society’s international legal practice quality mark, Lexcel, for the fifth consecutive time. Gemma Garen, who has recently been promoted to Director of Quality and Compliance, led the Lexcel evaluation process.

The Lexcel accreditation, an optional, widely-recognised scheme, is awarded to law firms that provide excellence and outstanding service in client care and practice management. In order to gain and then retain Lexcel accreditation over a five-year period, Ellisons has undergone a number of rigorous application and assessment processes.

John Turner, Ellisons’ Chief Operating Officer commented: “We are incredibly proud to have secured this prestigious accreditation for the fifth time. It is a testament to the team and our Lexcel recognition demonstrates our commitment to client care and best practice.”

Ellisons originally received the Lexcel Accreditation in April 2015, and the firm has worked hard to maintain the highest standard of business efficiency as evidenced by this latest award.
