Successful share sale for UKs largest mail order seed and plant company

Philip Roberts, Commercial Property partner assisted by Stewart Nicholson (solicitor) and Rachael Watts (trainee solicitor) recently acted on behalf of one of the UK’s largest mail order seed and plant companies, Thompson & Morgan Group Holdings Limited, in relation to the property side of the share sale of the company to the BVG Group (“BVG”).

The high-valued transaction will result in BVG’s annual sales being 140 million. The transaction involved a number of legal firms and accountancy practices with the property side being time critical to enable the deal to proceed to a swift conclusion.
