Career overview
Chitra has over 20 years’ experience working at HR management level, both within private industry and public sector environments. She has spent the past 16 years working at Trinity House managing the HR Operations function. Chitra also holds a Trustee position for the Raedwald Trust, a partnership of alternative provisions and bespoke pathways serving children and young people requiring a different route to success from mainstream education.
With extensive generalist HR and employee relations experience spanning many years, Chitra’s passion is assisting leadership teams and working collaboratively with front-line managers, in building positive behaviours and creating an inclusive culture and environment in which all employees are proud to be a part of.
Chitra is a Chartered Member of the CIPD.

Chitra is a single mum to a young son and is an active and involved parent as he grows up. She enjoys spending time with friends, sampling the latest Gin flavours, going for local walks in Ipswich, or simply unwinding with a good book.
